WELCOME TO YOUR STUDIO
We don't have a front desk or front desk staff so come on in, make yourself at home and your teacher will be there to help you prepare for class and answer any questions you may have about your studio. There may be a class going on, not to worry, have a seat and we will be with you after class.

Let us know prior to class if you are working with any injuries or limitations as our certified and knowledgeable instructors will have the modifications you need.
CHOOSING A CLASS
If you are new to Pilates and barre, we recommend starting off with a Pilates Mat class or a few private sessions in order to become familiar with the TPBHFX Pilates form principles of and the Pilates style movement. Knowing and embodying the principles of movement will help you stay challenged and injury free. Check out our class descriptions or book your class by following the links below.
GOOD TO KNOW
Please arrive to class a minimum of 5 mins before class time as we lock the front door. If you need to create an account, pay for classes or have any questions please arrive 10-15 mins prior to class start time. We have lots of street parking, please allow yourself plenty of time to find parking to avoid stress.

We check our voicemails once a week. If you need information faster please email us.
If you are unable to attend your class, please cancel it online via app or desktop sign in ASAP to avoid the late cancel fee.
Suit up in comfortable workout wear and grip socks. Grip socks are MANDATORY for all barre classes. You can rent or purchase your grip socks at the studio. The stickies on the bottom of your socks are to keep you safe and help you get the most out of the choreography. Accessorize with a reusable water bottle (we do not have single use plastic recycling or organics bins) and sweat towel. We rent towels.
We provide mats and props.
Leave your shoes at the front door and place your personal items in the storage cubbies near the change rooms.
Your instructors are trained to help you thrive. Is the class moving too fast? Does a movement feel off or painful for you? Want a tip on advancing your workout? ASK US AFTER CLASS!
Etiquette is key for community. Arrive at least 5 minutes before class (late arrivals are not accepted). Leaving early is not permitted unless arranged with your teacher prior to class, please stay for the whole class. You are welcome to take breaks, sit down or use the washroom during class.
We love to chat and joke around, but please refrain from speaking over your instructor throughout class. Turn off the world and your cell phones.
LATE CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW FEES
If you do not cancel 8 hours before your scheduled class start time, you will be charged a late cancel fee of $15. (package members will now be charged and get to keep their pre-paid class unless credit card on file is not valid) Also, you must email us a minimum of 4 hours before class time to let us know that you are unable to attend your class so you are not considered a no show. This period will allow another client enough time to attend the class.
If you do not show up to your reserved class or let us know via email that you are unable to make the class, you will be charged a no show fee of $20 (package members will now be charged and get to keep their pre-paid class unless credit card on file is not valid) A valid credit card must be kept on file for all clients.
These fees only apply if the class is full and or waitlisted. This change in policy is for your benefit and will shorten our waitlists making space in the classes that you want to attend. It will also help you stay motivated and make time for yourself! While we dislike having to charge our clients for cancelling, with a limited number of spaces in class, it is the best way to ensure that everyone gets a fair shot at getting into their desired class times. Letting us know that you cannot make it is good karma because it opens up a space for someone else to attend a class and it is also more cost-effective for us to maintain the small class size that you love!
MEMBERSHIP CHANGES & FEES
We require a minimum of 1 month notice for monthly membership cancellation. There is a cancellation fee of $85.00 with less than 1 month notice of membership cancellation. You are able to put your monthly membership on hold for a maximum of 8 weeks or transfer your Class Pass credits to another person for a $30.00 fee. We do not provide refunds. Only in specific circumstances, the refund fee is $45.00.
