SIGNATURE CLASS! Fascia (fah-sha). The fascial system consists of the three-dimensional continuum of collagen, that is found surrounding and throughout all of our tissue systems. It attaches, stabilizes, encloses, and separates muscles, internal organs, and all other tissues in the body. The fascia wraps around every muscle, nerve, and blood vessel in your body. As you move in this class, learn and utilize the different fascial lines to reprogram and repair in order to create body-wide super strength, mobility, and stability. Feel the results of this movement style immediately, however, it can take up to eight months of continuous fascial training to see results and changes to your body. Learn to shift your busy mental narrative to inner stillness. In this 45 minute class you will be led through simple breath work followed by a guided meditation practice that will help you to calm your mind and nervous system in order to manage and relieve stress. You will learn how to access your own unique ability to de-stress by expanding and deepening your own meditation practice. This class is suitable for all levels, if it's your first time or you have a polished practice, you will find stillness.
Restorative Yoga (Virtual Only)
An all-levels restorative yoga class lead and created by RMT Liseanne MacPherson to relax your body, destress your mind through passive stretching and guided meditation. This class is guaranteed to take you to a place of peace, relaxation and total zen.
Vinyasa Flow (Virtual Only)
This invigorating, powerful flow will take you through traditional yoga postures, sun salutations, moon salutations and breath work, bringing peace to the mind and body as well as building strength. Breath linked with movement with a focus on strength and core development, RMT Sarah Letcher's creative sequencing makes each class different. Open to all levels.
REFORMER SESSIONS (Private Bookings Only)
The Pilates reformer is a traditional piece of Pilates equipment designed by Joseph Pilates that looks like a bed with springs, a sliding carriage, ropes, and pulleys. With the direction of a Pilates professional, the reformer provides assistance and resistance to achieve proper muscle length and strength in an organized way. The springs adjust resistance to the carriage, which will be pushed and pulled along the frame by your own body weight and strength. Level up all of the known benefits of Pilates or recover from injury with private Pilates reformer sessions.
