Sara is an energy intuitive and meditator dedicated to healing the world, one story at a time. Through the art of communication we create meaningful connection. Sara believes that it’s through these connections we are able to open the dialogue and begin the journey to heal our wounds, trauma and pre conditioned beliefs. As an energy intuitive she’s able to deliver messages to those who seek them using oracle cards and other Divination tools. A fascination with the human mind led her to studying psychology and as she began to study the practical and clinical facets of the human condition a gateway to something much deeper was uncovered. Through meditation and breath work Sara found stillness and in this stillness discovered where the true magic lives. Our truth, our story. Join Sara for meditation classes and talk circles.

Joanne was drawn to yoga after having a major surgery that ended her long military career. She found that yoga delivered rapid healing in her body, mind, and spirit. After training as a Baptiste Yoga teacher level 3, she continued her studies in yoga therapy where she developed a deep appreciation and fascination with the fascial system during movement. This fascination lead her to study with Tom Meyers as a fascial stretch therapist. Along with her fascial release therapy practice, she teaches yoga classes to specialized populations including military personnel and emotionally traumatized populations. During her classes, you will move your body through a full range of motion, be challenged to grow into the greater possibility of health, build a deeper connection to your spirit, and find happiness through motion and mindful movement. |
