PILATES MAT 
Increase your vitality with this mat-based exercise series developed by Joseph Pilates. A comprehensive and complete movement system designed to heal, change, and revitalize your body from head to toe.

TPB Method Pilates Mat | Virtual & In-Studio Options
This class involves contemporary style mat work and props making it perfect for learning and embodying the fundamental principles of Joseph Pilates. Controlled movements give you time to understand the essence of each exercise as well as execute each exercise with precision, intention, efficiency, and maximum challenge. Accessible for beginners and always a challenge for frequent Pilates practitioners. 


Classical Pilates Mat | Virtual & In-Studio Options

Following the classical Pilates series of 34 fundamental exercises designed by Joe himself. This athletic series gives so much, but mostly gives students an opportunity to study their advancements in strength, flexibility, concentration, and connection to themselves through repeated patterns. 

Beginners who would like to practice the classical series would benefit from a few private sessions. 


PILATES REFORMER 
The Pilates reformer is a traditional piece of apparatus designed by Joseph Pilates. The sliding carriage, springs, ropes, and pulleys provide assistance and resistance to achieve proper muscle length and strength in an organized way. The springs add resistance to the carriage, which is pushed and pulled along the frame by your own body weight and strength. Level up Pilates mat practice or recover from injury. If you are new to the Reformer, it is best to book a few privates to be properly introduced to this apparatus.

Contemporary style reformer sequences designed by us while we embody classical Pilates values and form.


PREPARE

Prepare your body and mind with our essential reformer sequences that include the building blocks and fundamentals of Pilates practice. This class is a place where beginning practitioners can learn new movement strategies and experienced practitioners can discover new challenges.  All levels welcome.

PUSH
Pilates Fusion | Tone | Sculpt | Strengthen | Mobilize
Build Pilates super strength! We’ve incorporated the magic circle in this reformer series in order to challenge your deep core muscles, strengthen your spine, and increase all-over mobility. All levels welcome.


PEACE
Yoga Fusion | Flow | Length | Fascia | Flexibility
The name seems chill enough but this class is fierce. Increase your flexibility and improve your myofascial system while you build strength in this yoga-inspired resistance series. Not appropriate for those new to the reformer.


PULSE
Barre Fusion | Tone  | Sweat | Balance |Dynamic
Love Barre? We do too! We thought we might add some heavier resistance and increased balance challenge. Targeting all muscle groups with a special focus on core throughout. All levels welcome.

PEAK
Bounce Fusion | Strength | Cardio | Detox | Fascia
Feel the burn in this HILIIT (High-Intensity Low Impact Interval) series as you move from reformer strength moves to trampoline and back again. All levels welcome.


PLATFORM

Cardio | Strength | Coordination | Increase Metabolism
The jump board is a thick, padded platform added to the end of the reformer that provides a surface for biomechanically sound foot placement. You will be surprised how much fun it is to jump while laying down! All levels welcome.


CLASSICAL Reformer Series | Virtual & In-Studio Options

This sequence of reformer exercises is done in order as Joe intended. This series will leave you feeling longer, lifted, and revitalized! Beginners who would like to practice the classical series would benefit from a few private sessions in order to familiarize themselves with the apparatus. 

TOWER

Tower Pilates
 

Our Swedish bars are spring-loaded wall units that encourage both concentric and eccentric muscle contractions as well they support the maintenance of proper form. Slow and controlled movement sequences with spring resistance give you the time to connect to your muscles, understand the essence of Pilates style movement, improve posture and strengthen your core. The Swedish bar stretching series is incredible for increasing flexibility, balance, recovery, and strength building. All levels welcome.

Tower Bounce  LIIT Low Impact Interval Training
This class is LIIT! Add cardio to your super strengthening Tower Pilates class! This class covers all the bases with resistance training and bounce cardio as you move from trampoline to tower. Be sure to check out our Benefits of Bounce to learn about why you need to bounce.

MEDITATION | Virtual Only
Our meditation classes are only 20 minutes! It is scientifically proven that meditation and mindfulness sessions improve all aspects of your life. Exercise your mind as well as your body.

Turn Down Mindfulness
Welcome to your internal turndown service! A brief mindfulness practice followed by deep, sleep inducing breath work techniques. Breathe away the stale energy from the day, create stillness, relax your physical body and calm your mind to cultivate an environment to help you ease into rest. All levels welcome.

Turn Up Mindfulness
Start your day with a calm and energized mind. This 20 minute mindfulness session begins with stimulating morning breath work techniques to wake up your sleepy muscles and release stagnant energy leftover from sleep, followed by an energizing guided meditation to refresh and reset your mind. Increase your ability to remain calm and focused throughout your day. All levels welcome.

YOGA

Vinyasa Flow | Virtual Only
This is an invigorating, powerful flow infuses traditional yoga postures, sun salutations, moon salutations and breath work, that will bring peace to your mind as well as build strength and increase flexibility . Creative sequencing and fun playlists make each class different. All levels welcome.

BARRE

Satisfy your need for hardcore workouts and cardio HIIT with TPBHFX Method barre and Barre bounce. People You will experience increased balance, coordination and self confidence.


TPBHFX Barre | Virtual & In-Studio Options
Fall in love with this unique, high energy, ballet inspired class. No dance experience required, TPBHFX Barre is a fun filled, full body workout designed for all fitness levels to tighten, strengthen and tone your body from head to toe. All levels welcome.

TPBHFX Barre Bounce | Virtual & In-Studio Options
HILIIT High Intensity Low Impact Interval Training
