We specialize in "LIIT" Low Impact/Intensity Interval Training, cortisol conscious, accessible and anti-ageing workouts which are lighter paced, low impact exercises that prove to be less taxing on your body. While it is important to get an intense, sweaty workout that increases endorphins, chronically elevated cortisol (stress hormone) levels can increase risk of tissue injury thus tax the nervous system while actually causing weight gain and increased stress levels in your body. Our barre classes are designed to give you the increased endorphin levels you need without increasing the stress hormones in your body. It is essential to your overall health and wellness to incorporate Pilates, yoga and meditation practices that promote meaningful movement, breath, blood flow, flexibility and strength.
